Applying for Public Housing Online
The Housing Authority of Falmouth is income based public housing. We DO NOT offer Section 8. To apply for Section 8 and other housing programs, please visit our resources page.
When your name reaches the top of the waiting list, you will be screened for suitability and eligibility. Upon successful completion of the screening process, your application will be placed in a ready pool for housing. Based on unit availability in your bedroom size, you will be contacted for a unit that meets your need.
Position on the list is based on time and date of initial application, the type and size of the unit required based on occupancy guidelines and any applicable preferences. Once you have applied, your position may change after we verify this information. During the application process, you may make changes to your application and check the status by following the links below.

1. Mailing address of head of household
2. Phone number of head of household
3. The following information is required for all household members:
Social Security Number
Date of Birth
Gender
Race
Ethnicity
Gross Monthly Income
4.Your choice of unit that meets your income and household size.
5. Specify that we can contact you by email and/or text.
